Credits are what you spend when Instama generates something. Each action costs credits in line with what the AI model behind it costs, so a line of copy costs less than an image and an image less than a video. Your billing page shows your balance and what common actions cost.
No. You get your plan's credits every month, also when you pay yearly, and unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Credits you buy on top stay valid for 12 months after you buy them.
On Medium, the 1,500 credits make about 500 assets built from a brief, 250 images or 75 five-second video clips a month, and most months mix the three. The numbers on each plan are typical costs: a run costs more or less with the model, the size and the length.
As many as you like, on every plan. Each plan says how many people it is made for to help you choose, and you can still invite your whole team and add every brand you work on. If you make more, move to a bigger plan or buy extra credits.
Yes, on your billing page, whenever you like. A bigger plan starts right away; a smaller one at the end of your period.
You pay in advance through our payment provider Mollie, which shows the payment methods available to you. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Yes, at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and then we close the organisation. Choose a plan within 60 days and you get it back with everything in it. After that we delete the organisation and its content.
